Enjoy local food and local beer in one of Karlsruhe’s youngest breweries. Gulasch soup, spätzle, schnitzel and sausages are only a few of the items you'll find on the menu, which also includes international dishes like pizza and burgers. The Badisch Brauhaus has four floors with a restaurant, a cocktail bar, several event location and a beer garden.

Dining

In southwestern Germany, many meals are influenced by nearby France or Switzerland, but you’ll find some dishes that are typical to the region. One of them is Maultaschen, which look like over-sized ravioli filled with meat and vegetables. Some say that monk’s invented this specialty to disguise their meat during lent. Meals are usually accompanied by regionally produced beer and wine.
